旅寛HOSTEL祇園　利用規約

当施設のご利用に際し、以下の利用規約を遵守いただきますようお願いいたします。

当施設は閑静な住宅街の中に位置しております。近隣住民の皆様や他お客様の迷惑にならないよう十分ご配慮ください。当規約に違反した事実が発覚した場合には直ちに注意させていただき、他のお客様や近隣住民、当施設職員に多大な迷惑がかかった場合や、規約に大きく反する場合は宿泊契約を解除する可能性があることを御留意下さい。なお、その際には宿泊料金相当額の違約金を申し受けます。

１．本件施設のチェックイン及びチェックアウト、門限の時間は以下のとおりとします。
（１）チェックインの時間は原則16 時〜22時とします。
（２）チェックアウトの時間は10時とします。
（３）深夜0時～6時の間は当施設の玄関を施錠いたします。

２．宿泊手続き、施設利用については以下の通りとします。
（１）ご宿泊日当日、次の事項を登録していただきます（ご予約時にいただいている場合は一部を除く）
・宿泊名簿への記帳（宿泊客の氏名、年令、性別、住所及び職業）
・外国人にあっては、国籍、旅券番号、入国地及び入国年月日の入ったパスポートの提示
・その他当館が必要と認める事項
（２）宿泊費は、ご予約時またはチェックイン時に宿泊日数分全額をお支払いいただきます。なお、滞在中の追加料金は、申込時にお支払いいただきます。
（３）共用シャワーブースならびに風呂の利用は16時～翌10時までとなります。

３．当館は次に掲げる場合において、宿泊契約に応じないことがあります。
（１）満室により客室の余裕がないとき。
（２）宿泊名簿の記入拒否・パスポートの提示がないとき。
（３）宿泊しようとする者が、宿泊に関し、法令の規定に違反し、または公の秩序もしくは善良の風俗に著しく反する行為をするおそれがあると認められるとき。又は、かつて本件施設において同様の行為を行ったと認められるとき。
（４）宿泊しようとする者が、次のイからハに該当すると認められるとき。
イ．暴力団員による不当な行為の防止等に関する法律（平成３年法律第７７号）第２条第２号に規定する暴力団(以下「暴力団」という。)、同条第２条第６号に規定する暴力団員（以下　「暴力団員」という。）、暴力団準構成員又は暴力団関係者その他の反社会勢力。
ロ．暴力団又は暴力団員が事業活動を支配する法人その他の団体であるとき。
ハ．法人でその役員のうちに暴力団員に該当するものがあるもの。
（５）宿泊しようとする者が、伝染病であると明らかに認められるとき。
（６）宿泊客が他の利用客もしくは当施設職員（従業員)に対し、暴力、脅迫、恐喝、威圧的な不当要求を行う等、他の利用客もしくは当施設職員に著しく迷惑や不安を与える行為を行ったとき。または、かつて同様な行為を行なったと認められるとき。
（７）天災・施設の故障、その他やむを得ない理由により宿泊させることができないとき。
（８）宿泊しようとする者が、泥酔しているとき。

４．当施設での以下に定める行為は固く禁止しております。
（１）早朝及び夜間に、当施設付近の路上において、旅行カバンを引く音その他の迷惑となる騒音を立てる行為
（２）当施設又はその付近において大声、大きな物音その他の迷惑となる騒音を立てる行為
（３）本件施設での指定されたスペース以外での喫煙行為
（４）当施設の付近においてタバコの吸殻やゴミをみだりに捨てる行為（宿泊に際して生じたごみの処理に関しては本件施設内のゴミ箱以外での処理を原則として禁止します。）
（５）契約人数を超えての施設利用
（６）本件施設内の設備及び諸物品の移動、加工、持ち出し、及び本来の用途以外の目的での使用
（７）本件施設内の設備（電子レンジやIHコンロ等）の使用の際において通常の用途以外での使用及び、指定場所以外での利用、コンロの近辺に可燃物をおいた状態での使用等火災の危険が生じる行為
（８）本件施設以外の近隣の敷地に立ち入る行為
（９）自動車や自転車等を無断で他人の敷地に駐車・駐輪等する行為（公道については交通の便を妨げる駐車・駐輪を禁止致します。）
（１０）野良猫や野良犬に対し餌を与える行為
（１１）本件施設周辺においてみだりに他人及び他人の所有物等を撮影する行為、それをSNSに投稿する行為
（１２）寝室での寝たばこ、消防用設備等に対するいたずら、禁煙室での喫煙、その他当ホテルが定める利用規約の禁止事項に従わないとき。
（１３）浴室内での染毛・漂白剤等の使用
（１４）施設内でお香や花火などを焚く行為
（１５）営利を目的とした活動
（１６）外来者との施設内ラウンジ以外での面会、利用者以外の施設への立ち入り
（１７）泥酔者のお風呂、シャワーの利用
（１８）高声、放歌、喧騒な行為、とばく、風紀、治安を乱すような行為
（１９）その他、公序良俗に著しく反する行為

５．当施設で以下に定める物品の持ち込みは固く禁止しております。 
・動物、鳥類等（盲導犬等を除く。）  
・覚醒剤、麻薬類等、法令により所持を禁止されている薬品類  
・発火又は引火しやすい花火等の火薬やガソリン等の揮発油類及び身体に害を及ぼす危険性のある薬品  
・火器の持ち込み、及び利用  
・スピーカー等騒音の原因となるものの持ち込み、及び利用
・銃砲、刀剣類及びこれらの類似品  
・著しく多量もしくは重量のある物品 
・悪臭を発するもの
・ごみ及び施設の衛生を妨げる物品  
・その他当施設が客室への持込みを禁止することとした物品 

６．当施設にてお守りいただきたい事項 
（１）万が一、当施設の鍵を紛失した場合は、以下の金額を頂戴します。
　　カードキー：￥1,000　
　　個室鍵　　：￥5,000
　　セキュリティボックス・下駄箱鍵：￥500
（２）共用客室内での飲食はご遠慮ください。飲食は1階ラウンジのみ可能です。
（３）共用客室内でのお客様同士の会話、通話、ならびに音のでる行為はご遠慮ください。
（４）ご自身の居室以外の部屋への入室はご遠慮ください。
（５）喫煙は指定のスペースでお願いします。他施設内ならびにベランダでの喫煙はおやめください。
（６）消防用設備などへのいたずらは、安全の維持に支障が生じますので絶対におやめください。
（７）風呂及び洗面所のご使用後は必ず給湯水を止めてください。

７．貴重品、預かり品及び遺失物のお取扱について ご滞在中の間の現金、貴重品等の滅失、毀損等によって生じた損害については、当施設は一切の責任を負いかねます。

８．お客様同士のトラブルについては、当施設は一切の責任を負いかねます。

９．宿泊客の故意又は過失により当施設が損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当館に対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。

General Terms & Conditions for Accommodation

Please refer to the following terms for accommodation.

As we are located at quiet residential area, please consider our neighbors. When we found an act in violation of a treaty, we will notice you immediately. And when your behavior brings inconvenience to neighbors or goes against our rules, we might cancel your contract directly. In that case, we will ask you to pay equivalent amount of your room fee.

１．Check-in and Check-out time / curfew
１）Check-in time is basically from 4pm to 10pm.
２）Check-out time is 10am.
３）The main entrance will be locked from 12am to 7am. (We will inform you the code to open the gate when you check in)

２．Register / Facility use
１）Hostel guests must check in on the first day of the reservation period and provide the following information:
・Name, age, sex, address in your home country and occupation
・Non-Japanese residents must provide their nationality, passport number, the date of check in and out
・Any other information required by the hostel
２）You need to pay total amount of room fee at the time of check-in.
About additional fee during your stay, you can pay at the time of application.
３）Shared bathrooms can be used between 4pm and 10am.

３．Refusal to establish Accommodation Contract
Our hostel reserves the rights to refuse the establishment of accommodation contract in the following cases：
１）When there is no room available.
２）When you refuse to fill out Guest Registration Form or refuses to present passport and other information required.  
３）When the guest seeking accommodation is considered likely to behave in violation of the ordinance, public order or good manners, or is identified as to have done such acts.
４）When the following apply:
i. When the guest seeking accommodation is a gang member, associated with an unlawful group, have connections to gang members, crime associates, and other antisocial forces.
ii. When the guest seeking accommodation is a corporate body or other bodies in which any kind of gang group or crime associate are in control of its business activities.
iii. When the guest seeking accommodation makes demands in a violent manner or demanded a burden beyond reasonable extent from the facilities or from the staffs.
５）When the guest seeking accommodation is clearly considered to be afflicted with an infectious disease.
６）When the guest’s demand causes undue burden to the hostel, or is identified as to have done such acts to the hostel or to its employees;
７）When the unavoidable, such as natural disaster, problems with facilities and other reasons which are outside our control, prevents the guest from staying at the hostel.
８）When the guest acted in a way that is considered to be dangerous, annoying, or damaging to other guests.


４．Prohibited Behavior
１）Do not make noisy sound such as carrying a suitcase or speaking loudly around our hostel in the early morning or at midnight.
２）Smoking in not designated area. 
３）Do not litter your trash or cigarette butts around our hostel. (All trashes made while staying at our hotel must be separated and put where designated.)
４）For group booking for 10 or more, please contact us directly before making the booking.
５）Do not use our hostel, facilities or guest room for purpose other than lodging.
６）Do not use our facilities in not designated area or in dangerous situation.
７）Our hostel and facilities are only for the use of the guest who has made accommodation contract with our hostel. 
８）Do not park your bike or car in the site of others without permission. (Please do not park your bike or car in the road when there is  a possibility to interrupt the traffic.
９）Do not feed a stray dog or stray cat.
１０）Do not take a picture of other’s portrait or their belongings and post it on SNS
１１）Do not gambling and activities that defy public morals inside our hostel and facilities.
１２）Do not dye hair or using a bleach in the bathroom
１３）Do not set off fireworks or burning incense in our hostel
１４）Do not use our hostel for the purpose of profits. (Operating a business) 
１５）Do not meet someone who is not our guest except in the lobby.
１６）Do not take a shower when you are drunk. 
１７）Do not disturb the social order. (Gambling, Singing loudly, Speaking loudly…) 
 
５．Carrying inside Our Hostel and Facilities any object that may cause trouble to other Guest.
・Dog, cat, bird, and any pets at all (with the exception of guide dog and service dog for the blind)
・Explosive, flammable, gunpowder, volatile oil, foul smelling thing, any other substance and object that are deemed dangerous or illegal.
・Drugs such as narcotics or stimulants. 
・Guns, Swords, and Knifes. 
・Destroying, damaging, defiling, moving, or any other activity that affects the present condition of object that belongs to our hostel and facilities. 
This includes bringing the object outside our hostel.
・Anything that gives off an offensive odors. 
・Trashes and unsanitary items. 
・Anything that we prohibit bringing to our hostel. 

６． Usage Agreement 
１）We need to charge an additional fee when a key is lost. 
Room key: ￥1000
Private room key: ￥3000 
Key of security box / Key of shoe box: ￥500 
２）Please refrain from eating and drinking in the dormitory room. 
３）Please refrain speaking on the phone, speaking loudly in the dormitory room. 
４）Please do not enter other guest’s bed room. 
５）Please smoke only in the designated space. (Do not smoke on the balcony) 
６）Please do not use fire defense equipment intentionally. 
７）Please turn the water off after using shower.

７．Our hostel does not take any responsibility for the lost or damage to any object in any circumstances.

８．Our hostel does not take any responsibility for any trouble, fights and other negativities that break out among The Guests. Please resolve the problems among related parties. 
The guests are responsible for all their personal belongings as well as baggage within the accommodation. Our hostel will not hold accountably / responsibly for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

９．If our hostel’s property is damaged or destroyed due to the guest’s action or negligence, we reserve the right to collect suitable amount of compensation from the guest.
